Our Buildings Group provides the full scope of services including initial site appraisal for ground conditions and services, through planning, schematic and the detailed structural design and ultimately certification on completion.

Roughan & O’Donovan‘s Buildings Group works in tandem with the other groups to offer a total service to clients incorporating all aspects necessary to progress from initial concepts through to project completion.

We have undertaken a number of Civic Building projects including Theatres, Courthouses and Council Headquarters.
