Edward Warren is a technical director at ROD. He also serves as our CPD director.
Edward joined ROD in 2007. He has more than 20 years’ experience across a wide range of civil engineering projects.
His expertise encompasses:
- all aspects of road/highway design, from feasibility through to construction and handover
- network management consultancy services, including consultancy services for routine and reactive maintenance activities
- public procurement and the preparation of tender documents for a broad range of Public Works Contracts
Edward has undertaken the role of coordinator on behalf of the project supervisor design process (PSDP) on several projects and holds the NISO Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
