This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 level AA due to the non-accessible content listed below.

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Roughan & O'Donovan website, we are aware of some limitations, which we will work to address over the coming six to twelve months. 

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:

• Focus indicators may be missing or not clearly visible.
• The site structure may lack semantic HTML.

3. Colour and contrast

• Some text may have insufficient colour contrast against the background.

4. Dynamic content and ARIA

• Some dynamic content updates are not announced to screen reader users.
• There may be some inconsistencies in how ARIA roles and attributes are used.

5. PDFs and other documents

• Linked PDF or downloadable documents may not be fully accessible.

6. Third-party content

• Third-party widgets, plug-ins, or embedded content may not be fully accessible.

The statement was prepared based on a self-assessment of a representative sample of web pages conducted by Monsoon Consulting using the WAVE (Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool) and VoiceOver screenreader.
