Aonghus is a leading member of our bridges team, overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure projects from feasibility through to construction supervision.  He has over 15 years’ experience serving public and private sector clients in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

As our environmental team lead, Barry has successfully delivered many of the biggest road projects in Ireland through the planning process. He specialises in Environmental Impact Assessments for infrastructure projects and has extensive experience of Appropriate Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment.

Daire has more than 17 years’ experience in the design and construction of projects across a range of sectors, including rail, bridges, roads and drainage.

Eoin is responsible for managing our urban transportation, greenways, ports and energy portfolios. He is experienced in leading and collaborating with multidisciplinary design teams on large public and private infrastructure developments. 

Harry was appointed to the role of chairman in 2021. A civil engineer, chartered member of Engineers Ireland and registered consulting engineer, he specialises in the procurement and contract administration of major projects.

Joe brings more than 20 years’ international experience in civil engineering, specifically bridge engineering, to his role as director at ROD. He is an expert in non-destructive testing and the inspection of reinforced and prestressed concrete, masonry and steel bridges. 

Marc serves as both company secretary and a director at ROD. He has extensive experience, both nationally and internationally, in the delivery of multidisciplinary civil infrastructure schemes for the employer and contractor under traditional, D&B, ECI and PPP forms of contract.

Mark is responsible for leading ROD’s railway activity. He has extensive experience of road, railway, bridge and structures engineering, both in Ireland and abroad. He has undertaken the roles of project director and team leader structures on numerous design and build and PPP schemes.

Seamus is responsible for managing ROD's transportation and buildings teams. A fellow of Engineers Ireland, he has prepared numerous environmental impact assessments for major infrastructural projects across Ireland. 

Tony is responsible for our major national and international bridge projects, managing all stages of the bridge development lifecycle from feasibility study, preliminary and detailed design to construction supervision.
