Daire has more than 17 years’ experience in the design and construction of projects across a range of sectors, including rail, bridges, roads and drainage.
A member of our contract administration team, Daire specialises in procurement and contractual procedures. His experience in managing contracts extends from the preparation of tender documents and contract procurement at tender stage, through construction, to final completion, including the management of site supervision teams.
A chartered engineer, Daire has undertaken the roles of project manager and employer’s representative for the contract administration of numerous projects, including the enhancing Motorway Operation Services ITS deployment contract, Athy Distributor Road Project, Clontarf to City Centre Cycle Project, Whitegates to Athlone Castle Cycleway Link Scheme and the N11 Parallel Service Road contract.
