John Bell is an associate at ROD.
John joined ROD as a design engineer in 2004. Since then, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, including urban streets, rural roads and greenways, taking them through all stages from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction.
John has particular expertise in road design, traffic engineering and transport planning. He is experienced in developing transport infrastructure designs and undertaking traffic and transportation assessments for public and private sector developments, including residential, retail, industrial, educational, healthcare, tourism, and mixed-use developments.
John’s project experience includes the Waterford City Public Infrastructure Project, Eastern Garvoge Bridge and approach roads, Clanbrassil Street and St. Nicholas Quarter Rejuvenation Scheme and Murphystown Road improvement scheme.
John is manager of ROD’s Quality Management System (QMS), which is accredited to ISO9001.
