During Wellness Week at ROD, we focus on the issues that matter most to our people – mental health, nutrition, fitness and easy access to medical supports. 

Qualified nutritionists deliver talks on a range of topics from how to manage stress through diet and lifestyle to healthy eating choices and boosting the immune system. The talks are followed by fun and interactive cooking demonstrations aimed at showing staff how to create quick and healthy meals and snacks at home. 

During the week, mindset consultants explore how healthy lifestyle choices can help build emotional resilience and share practical tips on how to manage stress and busy workloads.

Employee health screening also forms part of the week’s activities, as do talks on financial well-being and money management.
