Responsibilities
- Work in a busy construction site office
- Maintain projects database content and run reports
- Assist with hard/soft copy project filing
- Provide administrative support to project staff
- Coordinate, attend and take minutes at project meetings/workshops
- Coordinate and collate input for weekly/monthly project client reports
- Update incoming and outgoing document management registers in MS Excel
- Implement a project document management strategy
- Undertake typing and other secretarial/office support duties as may arise
Essential
- Minimum of three years' experience working in a project administration/office support services role
- Experience of producing meeting agendas and minute taking
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Good Excel skills
- Experience of learning new computer software systems
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in data input
- Ability to keep systems/records updated
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Flexibility and good work ethic
Desirable
- An administration/secretarial qualification
- Previous experience maintaining document management systems
